As Mike keeps telling me, and anybody can see, the current support site looks pretty ugly.
I'm hoping that next week we'll be able to spend a little time to do a bit fo a redesign.
The part that I like most about the current design is the page layout — I think that having the relevant issue threads listed against every page is pretty useful.
