Looking at the way that the support site is arranged now it's clear that visibility of the issues is not very good. On another version of this system we have a colour coded navigation menu that links to a list of all of the issues at each status level.

I think we probably want to introduce the same idea here and put it on the right hand side navigation.

The right side navigation is now present, but it is not yet colour coded.

No, I've dropped the menu for now — need to bring it in properly later on.

Today's release fixes this and I've re-instated the menu.
